Terms of Service

1. Services

NightHawk CCTV provides CCTV installation, security alarm installation, maintenance and repair services in Manchester and the surrounding area. All services are subject to a written quotation and acceptance by the customer.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on a site survey; additional charges may apply if unforeseen access issues arise on the day of installation.

3. Installation Warranty

NightHawk CCTV provides a 12-month warranty on all installation work. This covers workmanship faults. Equipment manufacturer warranties are provided separately by Hikvision and Dahua.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure clear access to all installation areas, notify us of any existing electrical or structural issues, and ensure all cameras are pointed in compliance with UK privacy and GDPR requirements.

5. GDPR & Data Protection

Customers are responsible for ensuring their CCTV installation complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. We provide guidance documentation but are not liable for customer non-compliance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the installation contract. We are not liable for losses arising from system failure, theft, or events not directly caused by our installation.
